The non-profit association “Momentum Lab” (Association “Momentum Lab”) was established in 2026 in Ruse, Bulgaria. Our main goal is to promote active civic participation and strengthen civil society.

Our vision is a sustainable, inclusive, and active civil society in which everyone has the opportunity to participate, create, and contribute to a better social environment.
Mission
Our mission is to strengthen and expand civic participation and the preservation of cultural heritage through inclusive practices and innovative civic initiatives that give young people, vulnerable groups, and communities a voice and opportunities for sustainable social impact.
Our Objectives
Driving Civic Participation and Sustainable Community Development
We work to strengthen civic engagement, support inclusive social development, and encourage practical initiatives that create long-term value for people, communities, and the wider region.
Promoting active civic participation, as well as the development and strengthening of civil society and good governance.
Supporting the development and promotion of spiritual values, healthcare, education, science, culture, engineering, technology, and physical education.
Enhancing digital and media literacy and countering disinformation.
Empowering young people by creating opportunities for participation in youth initiatives and events organized by and for young people, and by supporting their professional and social integration.
Supporting personal development through the organization of non-formal educational activities, courses, and training programmes.
Advancing the social economy, social entrepreneurship, and support for local producers.
Preserving and promoting cultural and historical heritage through intergenerational dialogue.
Protecting human rights and supporting children, people with disabilities, and individuals and communities at risk of social exclusion.
Promoting the sustainable regional development of the city of Ruse and the Danube region through cross-border, interregional, transnational, and international cooperation.
